Dream Castle - Policies



KINGS AND QUEENS (Guests) may smoke on the exterior of the villa, such as the balconies. Guests who are found smoking indoors at Dream Castle Villa will be charged a fee of $500 plus $150 per contaminated room to cover the cost of cleaning such room(s). We will abide by these rules to the fullest.ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ARE ALLOWED IN Dream Castle Villa.


Reservations and Confirmation: A 50% deposit is due 10 days after verbal confirmation of the reservation. When deposit is received, a written confirmation will be mailed, emailed, or faxed. Our royalties will have 24 hrs after reservation to confirm their bookings.

Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check & Money Order, or cash.

Final balance: is due 60 days prior to travel date. EXCEPTION: final payment for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years is due 120 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 60 days before arrival, total payment is due no later than 5 days after verbal confirmation of reservation.

Damage Deposit: A $1,000 security deposit is required.

Capacity of Villa: The total number of guests permitted in Dream Castle Villa anytime is restricted to the number of guests who have been scheduled and who have paid. In the even that additional guests stay over the number scheduled, $500 per additional guest will be charged, part of which may be taken from the deposit.


In the event you cancel your reservation for any reason, you are still responsible for your full rental amount unless a replacement rental is obtained for Dream Castle Villa.

Should you cancel for any reason and if we ARE able to find a replacement rental, we will refund whatever you have paid prior to the cancellation less 15% of the full rental rate as a service charge. If you cancel less than 90 days before your reservation date, the service charge will be 25% of the full rental rate. No money will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained.


Smoking is not allowed in Dream Castle Villa. Guests who smoke indoors at Dream Castle Villa will be charged a fee of $500 plus $150 per room to cover the cost of cleaning "contaminated" room(s).

Phone Calls: Local calls will have a fee of $1.00 per call. For long distance calls, guests will be charged 59 cents per minute, International calls will be charged $3.95 a minute.

Damage to the Villa or Furnishings: Guests are asked to treat the Villa and its indoor and outdoor furnishings with care, as in their own home. Furniture in the villa is new. Guests are expected to use coasters on the furniture and not to place heavy or rough items on the furniture. If furniture or furnishings get broken or missing, or if there is damage beyond normal wear and tear to the Villa or its furnishings, we will deduct from the deposit an amount that will allow us to replace the broken/damaged/missing item.

Pets are not allowed in Dream Castle Villa.

Orderliness of the Villa: Generally, new experiencing royalties (guests) will arrive a few hours after "old" guests depart. This means that cleaning and getting the Villa ready for the new guests must be done quickly. Please leave used linens in the bedrooms. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the Villa is prohibited. Guests will be charged for broken or missing items, and will be charged an additional fee for cleaning if the Villa is left in a state that requires additional cleaning or repairs.

Your Security Deposit LESS ANY EXTRA CHARGES will be returned to you as soon as the telephone bill is received and cleared for the period in which you stayed in the Villa; any deductions will be explained.


Dream Castle Villa has public liability. Unfortunately there is no liability for property loss or damaged. There is liability for injury, accidents, or delays to guests.

* There is a $500-$1000 deposit required upon arrival to Dream Castle Villa, to cover accidents or loss/damage of property.

Furthermore, guests are responsible for Dream Castle Villa during occupancy, and must close the Villa's windows and doors securely when not on the premises, and must conduct themselves in a judicious and responsible manner. There is 24 HR security on premises.

Transportation (airlines, ferries, charter vessels, rental cars, and taxis) is supplied by providers who operate independently of Dream Castle Villa. We assume no responsibility, therefore, for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property because of the acts of the transportation providers.


Check-in time is 3:00 pm or later.

During turn down service there are aroma therapy candles available to wind down and relax at an additional cost.

Check-out time is 10:00 am.


A Villa Manager is on call if assistance is needed or a problem occurs. Please refer to the bottom of this document for our manager's contact information.

Daily Housekeeping Service The Villa is cleaned before new guests arrive. Our housekeeping staff comes daily to tidy up.

In addition, there is turn out service every night.

Pool Service and Grounds Maintenance Pool service and grounds maintenance occurs weekly.

Power Outages in the event that there is a power outage there are generators and flashlights on the premises.

GATHERINGS AT THE VILLA Dream Castle Villa is rented to family groups and responsible adults only; absolutely NO house parties or functions such parties involving outside individuals are allowed without advance WRITTEN permission from the owners or the Villa Manager. Guests shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb other residents of the neighborhood.
